| Shipping And Handling All our deliveries are sent either via royal mail signed for delivery or courier signed for delivery From £2.95 for standard delivery including vat FROM £7.99 for express delivery including vat From £12.99 for international delivery Standard Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive - we always send first class recorded, signed for delivery Express Delivery takes 2 working days to arrive via courier, signed for delivery. International Delivery takes 5 - 15 working days to arrive via mail - this includes insurance and is a signed for service - all our prices are in GBP British Pounds - to convert to your currency go to www.xe.com All goods sent to Northern Ireland, Isles, upper ends of Scotland, Scottish Isles and Isle of Wight have to be sent via royal mail, and as such will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive. Please also note that if you ask us to leave your parcel in a safe place, or a place of your choice when you check out, once the goods leave our warehouse they become your responsibility. We will not accept a claim for a missing parcel and neither will our couriers, if you ask to have goods left on your property. Any claims would have to be made via your own house insurance. If our couriers attempt to deliver your parcel and you are not in they will leave you a card, it is your responsibility to telephone the number on the card and arrange a re delivery. If this does not happen within 24 hours they will try again, they give up after the second card is left if no one responds to the card within 24 hours, and then they return the parcel to us, unfortunately there is a charge for this service of £17.50 per parcel plus VAT, and a £2 admin fee and this will be applied before refunds are given for your order. If your order does not arrive within these time frames, it is your responsibility to let us know that there has been a failure in delivery. We will then investigate the matter on your behalf. If we are not infomed within 14 days of non receipt we are unable to make a claim on your behalf, and, in this instance we can provide royal mail / couriers with proof of postage and you will need to make a claim for yourself for the missing parcel. We do not offer refunds on postage and packing if parcels are delayed and we cannot guarantee any service, sorry. Please inform us within 48 hours via email if there are any problems with your order on receipt. If you dont inform us within 48 hours we are unable to help with any problem in your order Please note that if goods are returned to us because you provide an incomplete, or incorrect address you will only be refunded for the goods, not the postage and packing as these costs are incurred when your order is despatched. All costs involved for the return of your parcel will be bourne by you, should you provide an incorrect or incomplete address. If you parcel is delivered to the wrong address because of your failure to provide the correct address including postcode, you will be responsible for all costs involved in retrieving that parcel Please note that VAT is added to all our shipping charges as per customs and excise VAT requirements. | Returns Policy When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice (your invoice is sent via email, just print off), and the original packaging where possible, and please ensure goods are returned within 7 days (maximum) of receipt. If your Goods are not faulty, but you simply do not want them, you have 7 days (Cooling-off period) from the day of receipt of the Goods to cancel the order and return the Goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days of us receiving the unwanted Goods. Returning of unwanted Goods is the responsibility of the Customer, otherwise collection costs of the unwanted Goods will be deducted from the refund. Postage and Packing charges are a separate contract and are deemed as a service that has begun and has been completed before the end of the 7 day cooling-off period and hence will not be refunded. You are responsible for all costs involved in returning unwanted goods that are not faulty. We will only refund postage paid to return goods that are faulty.
